maybe it's me who read the item description wrong but this is nothing but just a holder. the thing fits nicely on the camera shoe. it is light weight which is convenient BUT nothing fits its shoes. i tried connecting a flash and a mic. the things barely fit in it. you have to force them in and good luck getting them out. the whole time i was praying i didn't break my brand new flash and mic. now the flash....the stupid thing is that once you get it in, IF you get it in the flash won't work. it doesn't have those dot thingies the camera shoe has on its shoe so the flash won't work. basically all it does is hold it but it won't operate it. waste of time waiting for this thing, waste of money, and waste of time again to hear back from the seller and to get my money back for this camera antler. they were however "kind" enough to say i could keep it and that they'd still return my money. great, i can keep something that does me no good whatsoever. would not recommend unless you just want it for looks.
